Major League Baseball celebrates Jackie Robinson's breaking of color barrier

On Saturday, the most historic Dodger gets a statue at Dodger Stadium.

April 15th 1947, Robinson broke into the big leagues with the then Brooklyn Dodgers.

After being traded to the Angels in November, Maybin initially thought he'd request No. 17.

"It's emotional", Jackie Robinson's daughter Sharon said this week. That's my number!' " Maybin said.
