Kaala teaser postponed due to seer's demise, announces Dhanush

"Due to the demise of respected Jagadguru Poojyashri Jayaendra Saraswati Shankaracharya, as a mark of respect Kaala teaser will be released on March 2".

The fans of Rajinikanth might be disappointed to hear the news that the release of his teaser from Kaala has been postponed again.

Kaala is scheduled to release on April 27. The film, which marks the reunion of the 67-year-old star and director Pa. Ranjith after last year's Kabali, is one of the most awaited projects of this year. Earlier the makers have announced the teaser will be released on 1 March. "Sincere Apologies to all the Fans who were eagerly waiting for the Teaser [sic]", Wunderbar Films, the production house of Kaala, tweeted. Dhanush's Wunderbar Films bankrolled Kaala which is now in final stages of post-production. Bits of the film have also been shot in Dharavi, Mumbai. It was on Holi day in 1975, that his mentor, the late K Balachander, rechristened him, just days before the shooting of Apoorva Raagangal, Rajinikanth's debut film, began. Though, this information is as per reports. While most fans are expressing how excited they are for the film's teaser, some of them are trolling and posting memes. Kamal won the National award for best actor for the Mani Ratnam-directed movie. Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is acting in a villain role in this film.
